Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by HelmDigital LLC

). Where you have signed a separate written
agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps.
What we provide
Lead generation services for commercial fire protection contractors: market research, copy, landing page and campaign build, and the tracking that attributes enquiries to their source. Deliverables for an engagement are set out in writing before work begins.
Engagement terms
- The first month is free. No fee is charged for month one of an engagement.
- Engagements run for six months, with the free month being the first of the six.
- Fees from month two are a flat monthly retainer, quoted and agreed in writing before the engagement starts. The retainer is not a percentage of advertising spend.
- Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you to the advertising platform unless agreed otherwise in writing.
What we need from you
Accurate information about your business, including licensing, certifications, service areas and response commitments. We will not publish a claim we cannot substantiate, and we rely on you to confirm that the facts you give us are correct and that you can meet the commitments made on your behalf.
No guarantee of results
Advertising and search results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity to respond to enquiries, and platform behaviour. We do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, any ranking, or any revenue outcome. Where we offer a free first month, that is the entirety of the commitment made.
Intellectual property
On payment of amounts due, you own the copy, page designs and campaign assets we produce specifically for you, including the market survey prepared for your metro. We retain ownership of our own methods, templates, research frameworks and any pre-existing materials, and may reuse them for other clients — excluding anything specific to your business.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
Messaging
Where messaging is part of an engagement, both parties will comply with applicable telecommunications and marketing law, and messages will be sent only to recipients who have given appropriate consent. See our Privacy Policy for how message data is handled.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. Fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
